In collaboration with NGOs and overseas volunteer organizations, we actively participate in solving global issues through our support for the health and hygiene of underprivileged people, etc.
Support for activities commemorating the U.S. veterans of the Korean War
We are vigorously undertaking activities to enhance the awareness of the achievements of the Korean War veterans.
LIG Nex1 publishes ‘Korea Reborn,’ a yearbook on the achievements of the Korean War veterans from the U.S. and Korea’s post-war development, and distributes copies to public libraries and education institutions in the U.S. to help improve understanding of Korea’s development among American leaders and students as well as veterans and their families.
Support for Colombian veterans of the Korean War
Colombia is the only country from Latin America that participated in the Korean War, and there are more than 700 veterans of the war still alive in the country.
We perform various activities commemorating the Colombian soldiers who made sacrifices to defend the Republic of Korea, including supporting the Colombian Korean War Veterans Association.
