Recruiting process

Filing an application

Applicants are to complete the online application form on the recruitment webpage during the applicable period.
Our specialists and HR officers will review the application forms carefully and choose the right people for each field. We do not use any automated filtering tool in document screening.

Online personality and aptitude tests

Applicants who pass the document screening take online personality and aptitude tests. They are evaluated according to their compatibility regarding their selected positions and the organization.

Working-level interview

Our specialists and HR officers evaluate each applicant’s basic knowledge and expertise. A many-on-one interview is held, which includes delivering a presentation on the applicant’s field or major.

Executive interview

Executives in different fields take part in the interview and examine whether applicants are suitable for LIG Nex1’s core values and have the capabilities that the company seeks.

Physical examination

Applicants who pass the interview are to undergo medical examinations. Special examinations may be added in case of applicants for certain job categories.

Successful applicants

Successful applicants are to prepare documents according to the employment guide, including degree certificates, language test score certificates, etc., before they join the company. A separate consultation process is implemented for experienced new employees concerning salary and other conditions.

Irregular recruitment

Rolling recruitment
  • Applicants may choose job categories and file their applications all-year-round regardless of designated recruitment periods.
  • If we find an applicant suitable, we may contact him/her separately and check his/her intention to join us.
