LIG Nex1 honored as 2024′s Outstanding Disclosure Corporation by the Korea Exchange

LIG Nex1 (CEO/President Shin Ick-hyun) was recognized by the Korean Exchange as an Outstanding Disclosure Corporation in the listed market.
It is a recognition awarded every year to listed companies that have established a systematic disclosure management system and actively communicated with investors.
LIG Nex1 was selected as an Outstanding Disclosure Corporation for its leadership in enhancing shareholder value and promoting open communication with investors
by delivering disclosure-required information timely and accurately, based on a strong understanding of disclosure rules and its commitment to upholding them.
Outstanding Disclosure Corporations are selected by the Korea Exchange based on a comprehensive evaluation, which includes a quantitative evaluation that considers voluntary and fair disclosures
and a qualitative evaluation that focuses on disclosure infrastructure, investor relations, transparent governance, etc.
The winners receive benefits such as a five-year reprieve from being designated as an unfaithful disclosure corporation and exemption from annual training.
LIG Nex1 was selected as an Outstanding Disclosure Corporation for corporate governance reporting in 2022.
