2025.01.06

LIG Nex1 announced on January 6 that it held a patriotic ceremony at Seoul National Cemetery to mark the arrival of 2025, the Year of Eulsa.
The ceremony was attended by LIG Chairman Koo Bon-sang and key executives and employees from subsidiaries such as LIG Co. Limited, LIG Nex1, LIG System, HUSECO, and Innowireless.
In the guestbook, LIG Chairman Koo wrote, "I always carry the words, ‘Republic of Korea,’ in my heart. I will live up to the dedication of the patriots."
LIG Nex1 began holding annual ceremonies at the cemetery to mark the start of a year in 2004, when the company partnered with Seoul National Cemetery.
Since then, it has become a patriotic event that represents the company.
In 2010, LIG Nex1 became the first domestic defense company to establish a sister relationship with Seoul National Cemetery for the 30th Grave Area,
engaging in various patriotic activities such as cleaning the grave area and holding launch ceremonies.
Furthermore, LIG Nex1 strives to fulfill its social responsibility as a defense company by supporting initiatives such as the One Company, One Military Unit, the West Sea Protection Day event,
and the Parents’ Day event for fallen soldiers, and by donating to military scholarship foundations.
